Your Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Your Content

You retain rights to the stories, recordings, photos, documents, and other content you provide. You grant Tessora permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service and features you choose to use.

Permissions and Consent

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload, record, share, or publish personal information, images, audio, stories, organization records, and family materials.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Tessora to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, upload harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to another workspace or account.

Organizations

Organization workspaces must be used according to applicable professional, privacy, consent, and recordkeeping obligations. Organization administrators are responsible for managing member access and shared records.

AI and Transcription

AI and transcription outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it, sharing it, or publishing it.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also update these terms and will post the updated version here.
