When you use Tessora, you may upload or create family member profiles, stories, audio recordings, transcripts, photos, videos, documents, comments, invitations, organization records, and related metadata.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app, sync your workspaces, preserve and organize memories, process invitations, support collaboration, generate transcripts or AI-assisted summaries when requested, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve Tessora.

Sharing and Workspaces

Your content is shared according to the workspace, role, privacy, consent, and access settings configured in the app. Organization records are made visible to family workspaces only through intentional sharing and applicable access controls.

Service Providers

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, email, notifications, transcription, AI features, payments, and app delivery. These providers process information only as needed to deliver Tessora services.

Audio, Transcription, and AI

If you record or upload audio, Tessora may process it for playback, storage, transcription, and optional AI-assisted features. AI features should be used only with content you have permission to process.

Your Choices

You can update account details, manage workspace access, adjust privacy settings where available, delete or edit content where permitted, and contact us for privacy requests.

Children

Tessora is not intended for children to create accounts without appropriate consent. Family members may preserve information about relatives only where they have appropriate rights and permissions.
